I believe in the concept of Holistic Health. No more starving, headaches or depriving yourself of foods that you like so much. My plans contain the regular foods, cuisines and gourmets you have been accustomed to consuming through your years. I do not encourage crash diets or drastic diets. The plans not only ensure that you reach your aim of weight loss but they go the extra mile to ensure that you don’t bounce back.

No one plan suits all. Your Plans are create after a careful analysis of your individual body details, both internal and external.
Your plans are customized to suit your timings, lifestyle, exercises you are comfortable doing and foods you enjoy eating.
Result oriented focus is what my approach contains towards your plan.
You have a life outside your workout and diet, therefore your plans are tailored in a manner that permit you to remain on regime. There may be bad days during your Fitness Tenure. We encourage that you accept and understand such situations as unavoidable and remain on your regime WHEREVER you are (office, holiday, travel), WHENEVER you can (morning, post lunch, night, Sunday’s, Holidays), HOWMUCHEVER you can (half the workout, part of the diet).
I want you to fire me from my job as your nutrition and inch loss advisor at the end of 6 months. We encourage programme participants to note queries experienced during the functioning of the plan and run them by us in your free time. You will be thoroughly equipped to handle your own nutrition and fitness at the end of 6 months. You do not need to come back to me or anyone else for that matter.
